A healthy family starts with a healthy you
My passion and goal is to help moms feel amazing (because they are!) so they can play, work, support, be there and do everything with their family.
I have a degree in psychology, over a decade in coaching experience with high level athletes, a personal passion for fitness and I am a mom. I have always lived a fairly active lifestyle, playing sports, gymnastics, diving, circus, working out at the gym, running, swimming and trying to eat well. Even so, when I became pregnant I wasn't sure what to do, what was still safe for me to do or how to modify some of my activities so I could keep doing them. I walked ALOT and did pre natal yoga ( the yoga was great! It was my saving grace activity for the week ). I felt like I wasn't myself or doing the things I liked, like weight lifting; because I didn't know I still could. YOU CAN! I have made it my mission to educate myself and help others keep doing the things they enjoy and being healthy and fit during and after pregnancy.
After having my son I thought I would be able to go back to my old fitness routines ( Covid aside, we all know the chaos that caused); but with new sleep and feeding schedules that wasn't realistic either. It IS possible to work a fitness routine into this new busy and sleepy life with your new workout buddy and I want to share what I've learned and help moms get their strength and confidence back!
Your little ones wont be potato's forever and will want to run and play. It was really important to me to be able to do that with them and to be a good role model for them. Showing them the benefits of a healthy lifestyle started with me living one. I love the way I feel, love playing with my children without pain and stiffness. I want to help you do it too!
